Tiptoe through Tulip Town

Tulip Town

It’s that time of year again when the Skagit Valley transforms into a colorful, picturesque landscape and we wanted to give a shout out to one of our favorite tulip growers, Tulip Town! We are so thankful this farm has been able to weather the storm over the last few years and is still around this season for us all to enjoy. This place has been a tradition with the kids every year and it’s been fun to see how it has transformed under the new ownership. The main building has food, a beer and wine garden and a shop full of local artisan goods. Outside there is Dutch themed music, trolley rides and photo-ops around every corner. If you are looking for an opportunity to catch some special moments check out their photography pass that gives you exclusive access to the fields before and after hours. For locals don’t miss Tulip Town’s locals’ only night, show your ID to get in for free! Watch their facebook page for announcements on different events. This place isn’t just open for tulip season either, come enjoy activities and pumpkin picking at the farm in October during the Harvest festival. You can easily spend an afternoon here with friends or family.
